On the 22nd of April, the QSDL nationals, the end of a long chain of debates and leagues, finally took place in Qatar University. The DMIS team was consisted of three students namely Megha George, Joshni Maureen and Saranya Ravi and the escorting teacher Ms. Elina. The DMIS girls team, previously ranked first, directly qualified to the quarter finals where they had a heated debate with another school team on the motion "This house opposes the trend of replacing humans with technology in the workforce". Our team emerged victorious and moved on to the semifinals where they went neck-to-neck with another school team in an impromptu debate earning them high speaker points and a lot of positive feedback. It was an enriching and memorable experience for the team members. The high-class debates and clash of skills was truly beneficial and unforgettable.
