Spelling Bee Competition - Grade 3 to 5

The DMIS Spell Bee Competition for grades 3-5 aimed at creating
awareness of the possibilities of using varied words in oral and
written expressions and to augment the active vocabulary of the
students. The prelims were conducted in the English periods by
the English teachers before the event, on 30th April, 2017.
Teachers and the
non-participating students congregated in the assembly hall in
the first period on 3rd May, 2017 to witness the event as the
winners of prelims competed for the final rounds. The 12
participants competed through three rounds: The first round was
the Rapid Fire Round.
The second round was Find Me out
Round. The third round was
Compound Words Round.
The pictures were displayed on the slides for the viewers and on
the charts for the participants. The show was very interesting.
All the participants competed well.
